Returns

If the customer is unsatisfied for any reason, return requests are accepted, no questions asked, for 14 days after receipt as long as the product has not been used. For the period between 15-28, returns are accepted less a 10% restocking fee. In either case, the customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is being returned under warranty due to defect.
