King of Pens Iro-Miyabi Suou Red Urushi Limited Edition Fountain Pen
I'm reducing my collection, and the Sailor 1911 King of Pens Iro-Miyabi Suou is one of the most difficult pens for me to let go.
The Sailor Iro-Miyabi Suou is a limited edition King of Pens featuring traditional Japanese urushi lacquer over an ebonite body, 24KT gold trim, and Sailor's oversized 21K solid gold King of Pens nib. The deep red Suou finish has a distinctive textured appearance created through traditional lacquer techniques, giving each pen its own character.
This pen is fitted with a Medium 21K gold nib and delivers the exceptional writing experience that makes the King of Pens one of Sailor's most respected models. The combination of the large nib, ebonite construction, and carefully tuned Sailor feed makes it a wonderful pen for extended writing.
Condition: B. Excellent used condition. This pen has been carefully enjoyed and remains in excellent condition with no issues affecting writing performance or appearance. The photographs show the current condition.
The pen includes the original Sailor presentation materials, including the paulownia wooden box, outer packaging, and included accessories as shown in the photographs.
This is a remarkable fountain pen that I have genuinely enjoyed owning. However, as my writing habits have evolved, I find myself reaching for a smaller group of pens more consistently. Rather than allowing this beautiful handmade instrument to spend most of its time stored away, I would rather it find a new home where it will be appreciated and written with.
