Win a Schon DSGN Pocket 6 Fountain Pen
The Schon DSGN Pocket Six measures just 90 mm when capped, but becomes a comfortable, well-balanced writer once the cap is posted. In this review, I take a close look at the Deep Sea aluminum finish, its #6 JoWo steel nib, the cap seal, and how the pen performs after being left inked for more than a week.
The layered finish is the star of the show, giving the aluminum surprising visual depth. The nib writes reliably with moderate ink flow and even handles reverse writing well. There are compromises: the grip is a little small for me, the pen will not accept a standard converter, and the price may seem steep for a pocket pen with a steel nib. However, it is handmade in small quantities, and its price is consistent with comparable pens from other manufacturers.
